New Service & Support Position Created to Accommodate Expanding Customer Base
Concord, NH, June 14, 2018 – Technology Education Concepts, Inc. (TEC), an Experienced Provider of Design-to-Manufacturing Solutions, announces the appointment of Matt Klinck as Product Support Specialist. Mr. Klinck will be involved in on-site and telephone support of 3D manufacturing products including laser engravers, 3D printers, desktop milling machines, 3D scanners, vinyl cutters and wide-format printers/printer-cutters, as well as the software associated with these products.
Mr. Klinck brings with him several years of experience in computer technology and networking, technical support, product training, and customer support. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Champlain College in Vermont. His familiarity with working in 3D and graphics will be instrumental in his transition to TEC. Mr. Klinck’s main objective in the new position is to support the company’s long-standing philosophy of providing superior service and support to its customers. Future responsibilities of this position include the development of training programs and additional resources for customer support.
