How Can We Help?
After preforming multiple manual levels on your Ultimaker, your build plate may be raised too high and could be sitting loose on the springs.
Follow these steps to set the ideal build plate height.

Turn on the machine and go to system, build plate, and select the raise option.

Turn all three screws underneath the build plate to the right until you cannot turn them anymore.

Then turn all the screws one full turn to the left.

Then select the Lower the bed option.

After this select Active Leveling for the machine to fine tune the build plate height.
