General Service Visit (off contract)

Covers certified ZCorporation 3 hour service to repair, troubleshoot or replace defective components. Rates apply to labor only. Repairs, troubleshooting or training over 3 hours  billed at additional $85/hr. Any required replacement parts or consumables are additional cost.

Preventative Maintenance Visit (off contract)

Covers visit to inspect, clean and lubricate ZCorporation machine. Includes on-site technical support during visit for machine, consumable and processing questions. Recommend 2 visits per year.

Summer Storage/ Fall start-up preparation (off contract)

Certified ZCorporation service technician visit to prepare 3D Rapid Prototyping system for summer storage or fall semester start-up. (Requires school to have consumables on-site per prearranged Required Materials List)

Only required if service contract has lapsed to recertify machine for ZCorporation service contract. (Requires school to have consumables on-site per prearranged Required Materials List)

This is an inspection fee and is charged regardless of ZCorp recertification approval.

Complete ZCorporation extended warranty which fully covers parts and labor for any machine condition covered in your ZCorporation manufacturer's warranty.
